Full Stack Developer
Build the software the agency runs on, including LLM features on the Claude and OpenAI APIs.
The role
We run the agency on software we build ourselves: reporting that matches ad spend to Shopify orders, launch tools, creative pipelines and client dashboards. You build and maintain it.
The stack is Next.js, TypeScript and Supabase on Postgres. A growing share of features call the Claude and OpenAI APIs to write briefs, read ad accounts and check ads before launch.
We use AI coding tools every day. You review what they write, test it, and own what ships.
Your week, roughly
- MondayAgree the week's work with the founders from the task list.
- Tuesday to ThursdayBuild, review, test and ship. Fix what broke.
- FridayCheck how the week's features are used and clean up after them.
What we look for
- Three or more years building production web apps in TypeScript, with Next.js and Postgres.
- You have shipped a feature on an LLM API and can talk about its cost and its failure cases.
- You write SQL comfortably and design tables that survive a year of new features.
- Send us code or a product you built, and what you did on it.
Where it leads
Senior engineer owning whole parts of the platform, then lead the engineers we hire next.
